中文摘要: 主溜井系统是矿山重要的转运系统,是矿山的“咽喉”所在,主溜井的垮塌破坏,严重影响矿山的安全生产。针对大屯锡矿大马芦矿段现阶段使用的主溜井系统垮塌破坏情况,通过采用SLAM三维扫描仪扫描,准确获取了溜井的三维形态、垮塌空间位置和实际边界。结合溜井实际应用情况,综合研究分析溜井系统垮塌原因,有针对性的提出了修复溜井和新建溜井系统两个方案,从方案设计的可行性、投资成本、施工过程中的安全风险等多方面对两个方案进行对比分析论证,最终确定了新建溜井为最佳的经济可行技术方案。
Abstract:The main chute system is an important transfer system and the "throat" of the mine. The collapse and destruction of the main chute seriously affect the safety production of the mine. According to the collapse failure of the main chute system in the Damaru section of Datun Tin Mine, the three-dimensional morphology, collapse space position, and actual boundary of the chute are obtained accurately by using SLAM three-dimensional scanner. Combined with the actual application of the chute, the failure cause of the chute system is comprehensively studied and analyzed, and two schemes of repairing the chute and building a new chute system are put forward. From the feasibility of the scheme design, investment cost, safety risk in the construction process, and other aspects of the two schemes are compared and analyzed, and finally determined that the new chute is the best economic and feasible technical scheme.
