中文摘要: 尾矿库在线监测预警系统设计中,降雨量预警阈值设定是关系到尾矿库防洪安全的重要问题。目前常采用的降雨量阈值确定方法计算的阈值,漏报概率大、空报率高,不能满足实际需求。本研究在对比常用方法的基础上,提出了基于地区水文特征的降雨量预警阈值确定方法,该方法充分考虑了土壤湿度和地区产汇流特性,大大提高了预警准确率,为尾矿库在线监测预警系统降雨量预警阈值的设定提供参考。
Abstract:The setting of rainfall warning threshold in the design of online monitoring and early warning system of tailings ponds is an important issue related to the flood control safety of tailings ponds. The threshold value calculated by the commonly used rainfall threshold determination method at present has a high rate of missing and false alarms, which cannot meet the actual needs. Based on comparing commonly used methods, this study proposes a method for determining the threshold value of rainfall early warning based on regional hydrological characteristics. This method fully considers the characteristics of soil moisture and regional runoff generation and confluence and greatly improves the accuracy of early warning. It provides a reference for the setting of rainfall warning threshold for online monitoring and early warning system of the tailings pond.
