| Abstract: |
| To meet the needs of rapid and safe construction of large-diameter and ultra-deep shafts, combined with the technical problems existing in the current shaft construction, the rock drilling hoisting suspension system is designed from three aspects: equipment selection, hoisting system layout and hoisting safety measures. The system adopts VII type sinking headframe, ultra-deep shaft sinking hoists, and other new equipment, and establishes the safety monitoring system of the hoisting device to achieve the goal of rapid and safe construction of a large-diameter ultra-deep shaft. The result shows that the new hoisting and suspension equipment is used together with the safety monitoring system to achieve a good effect of 120 m monthly footage in the construction of ultra-deep shaft in Sanshandao Gold Mine, improve the construction efficiency, ensure the safety of the shaft sinking, and provide a reference for the construction of the ultra-deep shaft. |
