Abstract:
      In order to study the influence of partial failure of drainage facilities on the seepage field of tailings pond, taking a tailings pond in Henan province as an example. Using the seepage finite element analysis theory to study the effect of drawing-ore quantity on seepage field of tailings pond under certain conditions. The results show that: When the permeability coefficient of drain mat decreased to 0.8 times, it can meet the safety requirements of tailings pond, but the ore shall be lowered under the designed drawing strength condition for not more than 7 days. The closer the drawing-ore opening is, the more the seepage field is affected by ore - drawing strength. When the drawing-ore strength exceeds the infiltration strength, part of the slag water seeped into the tailings pond, and the other part flowed into the top of the tailings pond. The results can provide reference for safe production of mine enterprises and safe operation of tailings pond.
