Abstract: |
In order to study the abrasion of the pipeline of gravity transportation of high concentration filling slurry in deep mine,From the point of view of conservation of velocity, momentum and energy, this paper analyzes the motion mechanism, pipeline failure mechanism and pipeline wear mechanism of the filling slurry in gravity transportation in deep mines.The relationship between the characteristics of filling slurry, filling hole, pipe material, filling fold and the factors influencing the wear of gravity filling pipe is obtained;Based on the 3D numerical simulation results of ANSYS fluent and the monitoring results of the actual pipe wall of the mine, this paper studies the position where the horizontal pipe and the bent pipe are easy to wear, and puts forward the technical method to reduce the wear of the gravity filling pipe in the deep mine, which provides important technical support for the continuous, safe, stable and efficient operation of the high concentration gravity filling system in the deep mine. |
