Abstract:
      Aiming at solving the problem in the calculation of shovel resistance in the independent shoveling function of underground scraper, this paper used EDEM software to complete numerical simulation calculation, and used software to generate ore heap model, imported shovel model, set shovel action, and completed the simulation of shoveling process. The size distribution of ore and the volume of ore in the ore room were taken into account to form ore model, which was as close as possible to simulate the actual situation. After completing the simulation, the variation of shovel resistance during shovel loading was summarized, which can provide reference for the realization of self-supporting shovel loading function.
