Abstract:
Study on the law of upper rock mass destruction and migration in the process of first mining by bottomless sublevel caving mining method instead of downward layered cement filling mining method was investigated by using FLAC3D numerical simulation. Results indicated that with the continuous advance of the mining face, the position of the maximum subsidence point of the upper rock mass was close to the middle position of the mining face; and the stress concentration on both sides of the goaf was obviously increasing, with a sudden change in the maximum principal stress occurred at the junction of filling body and oxidized ore. The plastic zone appeared “V” development along the advancement of the working face in the mining direction. The destruction and migration of the upper rock mass was the root cause of the pressure on the mining site. The damage and migration of the upper rock mass was accurately explored, which can provide a basis for controlling the rock burst in stope and a reference for similar mines.
