Abstract:
The industrial test of the sublevel caving method was planned to be carried out at the level of 1595m in West No.2 mining area of Longshou Mine, and the partial mining engineering has been completed. The stability of the production drift will directly affect the test result of the mining method. It is of great significance for designing and optimizing the supporting methods and parameters of the production drift to analysis the distribution regularities of surrounding rock loose zone and measure its range. In this paper, discontinuous deformation analysis (DDA) method was used to simulate the distribution regularities of surrounding rock loose zone of production drift in experiment stope with sublevel caving mining method. Simulation results indicated that under the geological conditions in West No.2 mining area, the range of surrounding rock loose zone on the top of the production drift was wider than that of on the both sides of the drift. On this basis, the range of the loose circle in the stope was tested by RSM-SY5 ultrasonic instrument, the test results showed that the range of loose circle at 1595m stope was between 1.3 m and 1.8 m, which was consistent with previous simulation results. The results of numerical simulation and field test can provide reference for mine tunnel support design and optimization.
