Abstract:
      Room and pillar mining method is one of the main methods for the gently inclined thin ore bodies, and the pillar recovery in pillars mining process is a major technical problem at domestic and abroad. Taking Nanwenhe tungsten mine as engineering background, the size of the artificial concrete pillar (ACP) was calculated by theoretical calculation, and then the mining process and expected economic benefit budget were studied. The research indicated that: (1) the span of ACP were 11 m and the size of ACP was not less than 4.35 m, the curing age of ACP was not less than 20d; (2) the estimated ore recovery ore quantity was 3 895.417 t in the trial stope, and the economic values of pillar in trial stope was ¥ 4,953,700 and the profit was ¥ 3,109,200. Through the mining process of the pillars in the trial stage, it can lay a solid foundation for the large-scale promotion of the pillars of the Nanwenhe tungsten mine, and also provide valuable reference for similar mining pillars in the future.
