Abstract: |
Yueyang Ag-polymetallic Mine firstly applied high concentrations and full self-gravity of silver copper whole tailings cemented filling technology in precious metal mines of Minnan mountains of Fujian, the concentrations of the slurry achieved 70%, belonging to the filling method of highest concentrations of self-gravity tailings in Fujian province. Whole tailings slurry, cement and proper amount of concentrated water formed high concentrations of filling slurry after stirring, then self-gravity transport to underground stope to fill goaf through filling pipeline. It effectively guaranteed the mine safety production, the ore recovery rate improved to more then 80%, and also reduced 45% of tailings emissions every year, saved the cost of tailings pond 1.136 to 2.272 million yuan every year. |
