Abstract:
Liwu copper-zinc ore filed is a typical but unique one of the large number of cu-ploymetallic ore filed in the western margin of Yangtze Plateform. Liwu copper deposits in the exploration and development since 1958 have more than 50 years of experience, and gradually into the phase of the crisis mines. This paper focuses on Liwu copper mine by summarizing the former research fruit in the area, following the guidance of modern metallogenic and ore field constructure theoy. Based on the study about ore-controlling structure, this paper discusses in depth the relationship between ore-controlling construction and mineralization, dividing ore-controlling structure in Liwu copper-zinc mine into three levels: antiformal structure, annular detachment fault, schistosity structure. The paper analyzed the mineralization geological background, geologic ore-controlling conditions, ore-forming factors and regularities of Liwu copper zinc mine. Based on that, the metallogenic model was established. The prognosis of concealed ore body was also been predicted.
