Abstract:
Regard grades tailings and SiC powder as experimental material, to do experiment of size analysis, sedimentation test, bleeding test, slump test with the grades tailings that get the conclusion the tailings are coarse and belongs to bad gradation, cement-sand ratio and concentration is positively correlated with the performance of water holding of filling slurry. Through the rheological experiments and fiting the yield stress, plastic viscosity with the change of cement-sand ratio to get the growth model which are basically consistent with the law of exponential function. The cement-sand ratio and concentration is positively correlated with yield stress, concentration is positively correlated with plastic viscosity and cement-sand ratio is negatively correlated with plastic viscosity. The result of this study has real significance for guiding design of filling engineering system, adjusting ratio of filling material, and determining parameters of pipeline transport.
