Abstract: |
In recent years, the frequent occurance of the tailing ponds accidents is due to the failure of safety inspection. So the status of the tailing pond safety inspection needs to be evaluated. Therefore, for executing the safety evaluation, 4 first grade indexes and 12 second grade indexes of the multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model were established, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was used to determine their weights, and the method of weight average principle was used to analysis the results. The research result show that this method is systematism and logical, and the evaluation process is benefit for the inspection management and can prevent from the accident of tailing pond, so it is great significance to the safety inspection evaluation of tailing pond. |
