Abstract: |
By means of LabVIEW virtual instrument achieves impact frequency extraction of hydraulic rock drill. It has been successfully extracted the impact frequency of drilling a hole using a certain type of hydraulic rock drill. On the basis of the impact frequency which provided a reference of intelligent control, impact strength analysis, on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis for the hydraulic rock drill. The overall system has simply structure, stable performance, high signal fidelity which has an excellent consequence during the practical application. |
