尾矿沉积固结对溃坝后尾矿浆体运动特性的影响探究

中文摘要: 沉积固结是随着时间增长土体体积压缩的过程。随着尾矿堆积时间增长,孔隙水排出,尾矿密实度增大,土体强度特性和流变特性发生变化。实际生产中尾矿坝加高过快,尾矿沉积固结不充分,不利于尾矿库的稳定,增大灾害发生几率。本文通过尾矿库溃坝模型试验探究尾矿沉积固结对尾矿库溃坝后浆体运动特性的研究。结果表明:随着下泄距离的增加尾矿堆积深度逐渐减小,在临近堆积区因底面坡度改变有小幅度的增大。随着沉积固结时间增长,流通区上游尾矿堆积深度逐渐增大,当沉积固结时间超过5h后,尾矿堆积深度开始减小。随着尾矿固结度增大,溃坝量逐渐减少,相较于固结0h溃坝,固结24h溃坝量减小了7%。六组试验堆积区淹没范围随时间的变化规律基本相同,但最大下泄距离随着沉积固结时间增长而减小。用分段函数拟合堆积区溃坝淹没范围随时间的变化规律,为下游防灾避险工作提供参考依据。
Abstract:Sedimentary consolidation is a process of soil volume compression with time increasing. With the increase of tailings heap time, pore water is discharged, the density of tailings increases, and the strength characteristics of soils change. The tailings dam increases too fast, tailings sedimentary consolidation is insufficient, which is not conducive to the stability of the tailings reservoir and increases the probability of disasters. In this paper, design tailings dam break models test, explores the correlation between tailings deposit consolidation and tailings dam break. The results show that: With the increase of drainage distance, the tailings accumulation depth gradually decreases. Accumulation depth increases slightly in the vicinity of the accumulation area due to the change of bottom slope. With the increase of sedimentary consolidation time, the tailings accumulation depth in the upstream of circulation area gradually increases. When the sedimentary consolidation time exceeds 5h, the tailings accumulation depth on the upstream side begins to decrease. When the tailings degree of consolidation increases, the amount of tailings dam break decreases. The dam break amount of consolidated 24h dam break test is 7% less than that of unconsolidated dam break test. The variation law of submergence range in accumulation area with time is basically the same in the test. But the maximum drainage distance decreases with the increase of sedimentary consolidation time. Use piecewise function to fit the variation rule of dam-break submergence range with time. Provide reference basis for downstream disaster prevention and risk aversion work.
