中文摘要: 本文通过对不同压力条件下孔径为0.15mm的撞针式高压雾化喷嘴的雾化粒径进行分析,并利用自制的高压雾化降尘试验系统对不同压力条件下的雾化降尘效果进行测试,通过降尘试验结果与雾化效果进行定性、定量分析,指出高压雾化压力与雾化粒径及降尘效果有着正向联系,但雾化压力增加到一定程度,降尘效果增加不再明显,试验研究数据表明该型号高压雾化喷嘴的最佳工作条件应为6Mpa。
Abstract:This article analyzes the atomized particle size of the high-pressure atomizing nozzle with a 0.15mm diameter hole under different pressure conditions, and utilizes the high-pressure atomization to reduce dust. The test system tests the effect of atomization and dust reduction under different pressure conditions, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the results of the dust reduction test and the atomization effect. It is pointed out that the high pressure atomization pressure has a positive relationship with the atomized particle size and the dust reduction effect, but the atomization The increase in pressure to a certain extent, the increase in dust reduction effect is not obvious, experimental data show that the best working conditions for this type of high pressure atomizing nozzle should be 6Mpa.
