中文摘要: 水孔爆破以乳化炸药为主,而爆破成本偏高,考虑到铵油炸药的经济实用性,在水孔中尝试进行了袋装条状铵油炸药试验。将试验样品分为A、B两组,确定了铵油:矿石质量比为2.9:1,通过分析其在地面站及施工现场的密封性情况,强化了密封方式。在此基础上,测定了在水孔中的装药效率,满足现场正常施工效率要求。以大宝山露天矿某区域的5个水孔为工程背景,进行了袋装条状铵油炸药现场试验,表明炸药单耗有所减小,但推动现象不明显,爆破效果未能达到预期效果,是水孔铵油爆破的有效尝试。
Abstract:Water hole blasting was mainly processed by emulsion explosives, and the blasting cost was high. Considering the economical practicability of the ammonium explosive, test of the bagged ammonium explosives in the water hole was attempted. The test samples were divided into group A and group B. Ammonium oil and ore mass ratio was determined to be 2.9:1. The sealing method was strengthened by analyzing the sealing performance at the ground station and the construction site. On this basis, the charging efficiency in the water hole was measured to meet the requirements of normal construction efficiency at the site. Taking five water holes in a certain area of Dabaoshan open-pit mine as the engineering background, field test of bagged ammonium explosives was carried out, which showed that the single consumption of explosives was reduced, but the driving phenomenon was not obvious, and the blasting effect failed to achieve the expected effect, but it was an effective attempt to blast water hole by ammonium oil.
