中文摘要: 本文选用江西某铜矿的全尾砂制备膏体充填料浆并获取实验参数,利用Fluent流体软件对此参数下的料浆在T型管道中三维流场进行数值研究,分析了T型管路中两种工作模式下的局部阻力系数和雷诺数的关系,给出了充填料浆在管路中局部损失的产生和局部阻力系数变化的原因,为矿山充填管路的设计提供了数据与理论支持。
Abstract:In this paper, the full-tailed sand of a copper mine in Jiangxi Province was used to prepare the paste filling slurry and the experimental parameters were obtained. The three-dimensional flow field of the slurry under this parameter in the T-type pipeline was numerically studied by Fluent fluid software. The relationship between the local drag coefficient and the Reynolds number in the two working modes of the T-type pipeline is analyzed. The reasons for the local loss of filling slurry and the change of local resistance coefficient are given, which provides data and theoretical support for the design of mine filling pipeline.
