中文摘要: 为了解决预裂爆破中预裂效果难以保证,爆破参数难以选取的问题,本文采用数值模拟技术对不耦合系数、孔间距等参数进行模拟分析。首先选取了RHT模型作为岩石材料模型,该模型能够较好地描述岩石在爆炸荷载下的拉伸和压缩力学响应行为。进而设计多个方案分别对不耦合系数和孔间距进行模拟,并分析其结果。模拟结果表明:不耦合系数越大,围岩受到的损伤破坏越小,而孔间距则对爆破损伤范围基本没有影响,但是其取值越大则不能形成有效的预裂缝,本次模拟确定最佳的爆破参数为不耦合系数k=3.5,孔间距L=700 mm。, 为实际工程中预裂爆破中参数的确定提供了参考依据。
Abstract:Abstract: In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to guarantee the pre-splitting effect and select blasting parameters in pre-splitting blasting, this study adopted numerical simulation technology to simulate and analyze the parameters such as uncoupling coefficient and hole spacing. First, RHT model was selected as the rock material model, which can described the mechanical response behavior of rock under blasting load better. Then the simulation schemes were designed to analyze the effect on the uncoupling coefficient and hole spacing respectively. The simulation results showed that the damage zone decreased with the enlargement of the uncoupling coefficient, and the hole spacing had no influence on the range of blasting damage basically, ;However, the effective pre-crack cannot be formed when the hole spacing was too large. the The optimal blasting parameters were determined to be uncoupling coefficient k=3.5,hole spacing L=700 mm. This research provides a reference for the determination of pre-split blasting parameters in practical engineering.
