中文摘要: 某地下矿山由于采用固定的采场结构参数,导致开采过程中采场结构不能适应开采应力环境的变化,采场顶板及围岩垮冒现象时有发生,给井下生产带来了严重的安全隐患。根据矿山的矿体赋存特征和开采技术条件,采用3D-σ有限元分析软件对矿山可能采用的四种采场结构参数方案,在不同埋藏深度时的稳定性进行了数值模拟研究,获得了不同埋藏深度时的最佳采场结构参数,为矿山的采场结构设计提供了理论支撑。
Abstract:Due to the fixed stope structure parameters of an underground mine, the structural of the stope in the mining process can not adapt to the change of the mining stress environment. The roof and surrounding rock caving phenomenon occurs frequently, which brings serious safety hidden dangers to underground production.According to the ore occurrence characteristics and mining technical conditions of the mine, the 3D-σ finite element analysis software is used to simulate the stability of the four stope structure parameters schemes of the mine. The stability of the four stope structural parameters schemes at different burial depths is numerically simulated, and the optimum stope structural parameters at different burial depths are obtained, which provides theoretical support for the stope structural design of the mine.
