中文摘要: 应用水库溃坝模式对新疆某山谷型尾矿库的环境风险进行了实例研究,结果表明:溃坝后尾砂泄漏50%库容的情况下,尾砂影响距离为3500m;尾砂泄漏100%库容的情况下,尾砂影响距离为6000m;不会对下游8500m处的地表水体造成明显不利影响;此结果比坝高倍数估算法的结果更可靠。可为尾矿库环境隐患排查、整改措施的落实及尾矿库应急预案的制定提供重要参考。
Abstract:Environmental risk of a tailings pond in a valley in Xinjiang is studied by using dam break mode. The result showes that the tailings influence distance will reach 3500m if the amount of tailings leakage is equal to 50% of the total storage capacity after dam break, and the tailings influence distance will reach 6000m if the amount of tailings leakage is equal to the total storage capacity after dam break. It will not cause significant adverse effects on the surface water at the downstream 8500m. This result is more reliable than the result which is calculated by using the dam high-expansion estimation method. This work can provide an important reference for the environmental hazard investigation, improvement measures and emergency response plan of tailings pond.
