中文摘要: 矿山防治水帷幕注浆一般包括地面和井下近矿体帷幕注浆两种技术,在金属非金属大水矿山防治水工程中得到了广泛应用并取得良好效果。某铁多金属矿因采空塌陷导通第四系砂砾卵石强富水层地下水,加之下伏结晶灰岩岩溶发育,第四系水通过冒落带和岩溶充水通道溃入井下导致淹井事故,由于缺少矿体底板相对隔水层且矿体空间分布形态特殊,难以采用常规帷幕注浆技术。通过查明矿区充水通道和相对隔水层空间分布特征,在精确刻画矿区水文地质模型基础上,针对灰岩岩溶发育区域构建水平注浆帷幕,切断第四系水与基岩含水层间水力联系,大幅降低矿坑涌水量。基于水平帷幕分布形态和阻渗特征,布设了光纤变形与水位监测相结合的幕体阻渗效果空间监测预警系统,有效保证了幕体阻水效果和矿山安全开采。
Abstract:The grouting of mine water prevention curtain generally includes two techniques: surface and underground near ore body curtain grouting, which have been widely applied and achieved good results in water prevention and control engineering of metal and non-metal large water mines. Due to the collapse of a certain iron polymetallic mine caused by goaf, the groundwater in the strong rich water layer of Quaternary gravel and pebble was connected. In addition, the karst development of the underlying crystalline limestone led to the collapse of Quaternary water into the underground through the caving zone and karst filling channel, resulting in a flooding accident. Due to the lack of a relative aquitard on the bottom plate of the ore body and the special spatial distribution pattern of the ore body, it is difficult to use conventional curtain grouting technology. By identifying the spatial distribution characteristics of the water filling channels and relative aquitards in the mining area, and accurately characterizing the hydrogeological model of the mining area, a horizontal grouting curtain is constructed for the limestone karst development area to cut off the hydraulic connection between the Quaternary water and the bedrock aquifer, significantly reducing the water inflow into the mine pit. Based on the distribution pattern and anti-seepage characteristics of the horizontal curtain, a spatial monitoring and early warning system for the anti-seepage effect of the curtain body was set up, which combines fiber optic deformation and water level monitoring, effectively ensuring the water blocking effect of the curtain body and the safe mining of the mine.
