中文摘要: 为了分析露天台阶爆破振动衰减规律,根据矿山工程概况和爆破参数设计了爆破振动测试方案,依托现场开展爆破振动测试试验,统计并分析监测数据。结果表明:运用萨道夫斯基公式对振动数据回归分析,结果显示R2在0.73~0.85,离散程度偏大,这一现象揭示了露天台阶爆破过程中振动效应随高程增加而增强的趋势;根据拟合结果得出符合现场的萨道夫斯基公式,对实际生产有一定帮助;结合LS-DYNA建立露天台阶爆破模型,炸药爆破后短期内出现反射叠加现象,应力波传播至坡面与坡顶位置发生明显的反射拉伸现象,形成贯通裂缝后继续传播,揭示了炸药爆炸过程中边坡顶部竖直方向和水平切向振速传播规律。本文为加深对露天台阶爆破振动衰减特性及应力波动态传播机理的理解,降低矿山开采过程中爆破振动可能造成的危害提供了理论依据和实用方法。
Abstract:In order to analyze the attenuation law of open-pit bench blasting vibration, the blasting vibration test scheme was designed according to the general situation of mine engineering and blasting parameters. The blasting vibration test was carried out on site, and the monitoring data were counted and analyzed. The results show that the fitting results of the measured data using the Sadaovsky formula show that R2 is between 0.73 and 0.85, and the dispersion degree is too large. This phenomenon reveals the trend that the vibration effect increases with the increase of elevation in the process of open-pit bench blasting. According to the fitting results, the Sadaovsky formula in line with the site is obtained, which is helpful to the actual production. Combined with LS-DYNA, an open-pit bench blasting model was established. The phenomenon of reflection and superposition occurred in the short term after explosive blasting. The stress wave propagated to the slope surface and the top of the slope, and the obvious reflection and stretching phenomenon occurred. After the formation of penetrating cracks, it continued to propagate, revealing the vertical and horizontal tangential vibration velocity propagation law at the top of the slope during explosive blasting. This paper provides a theoretical basis and practical method for deepening the understanding of the attenuation characteristics of blasting vibration and the dynamic propagation mechanism of stress wave in open pit bench blasting, and reducing the possible harm caused by blasting vibration in mining process.
