中文摘要: 为研究红牛铜矿3972 m中段东采区上向水平分层充填采场的稳定性,首先依照采场结构参数及回采工艺,基于Mathews图解法确定采场极限跨度;其次根据采矿方法建立了上向水平分层数值计算模型,对上向水平分层充填开采过程中采场的稳定性开展数值计算研究。结果表明:在极限跨度下进行开采,巷道顶板下沉量为4.8 mm,采场底部隆起量为6.6 mm,塑性区未贯穿,采场是稳定的。通过研究为采区开采提供了科学依据,保障了矿山安全生产,对类似矿山开采方法选择和稳定性分析有一定参考意义。
Abstract:To investigate the stability of the upward horizontal layered filling method in the eastern mining zone at the 3972 m level of the Hongniu Copper Mine, the study first determined the critical stope span using the Mathews graphical method, based on the stope structural parameters and mining sequence. Subsequently, a numerical model of the upward horizontal layered filling method was established to conduct a numerical simulation study on stope stability during the extraction process. The results indicate that under the critical span condition, the roof subsidence of the access drift is 4.8 mm, the floor uplift displacement is 6.6 mm, and the plastic zones did not interconnect, confirming that the stope remains stable. This research provides a scientific basis for safe extraction in the mining zone, ensuring safe mining operations. It offers reference value for stope method selection and stability analysis in similar mining conditions.
