中文摘要: 某磷矿随着开采的进行,需要在充填体掘进巷道,如何维护充填体内巷道的稳定,成为该磷矿面临的重要难题。针对上述问题,采用现场调查、理论分析和现场试验等手段开展了研究。首先,分析了巷道变形和破坏特征及破坏原因,认为受到充填体围岩性质和地应力的影响,该矿巷道破坏模式主要有拉裂破坏、局部剪切破坏和局部冒落破坏。其次,根据充填体特征,确定充填体内巷道断面形状为矩形,在此基础上,基于统一强度理论,优化得到了巷道断面尺寸为4m×4m;再次,给出了优化的矩形巷道支护方案,采用管缝锚杆支护,长度为1.5m、支护夹角为45°~50°;最后,将得到的矩形巷道方案应用到该矿的工程实践当中,结果表明,巷道施工后围岩没有发生明显的变形和破坏,取得了良好的施工效果,保证了巷道的稳定性。
Abstract:As mining progresses, a certain phosphate mine needs to excavate tunnels in the filling body. How to maintain the stability of the tunnels in the filling body has become an important challenge faced by the phosphate mine. In response to the above issues, research was conducted using methods such as on-site investigation, theoretical analysis, and on-site experiments. Firstly, the deformation and failure characteristics and causes of the roadway were analyzed, and it was believed that the failure modes of the mine roadway were mainly tensile fracture failure, local shear failure, and local collapse failure, which were influenced by the properties of the surrounding rock of the filling body and the geostress. Secondly, based on the characteristics of the filling body, the cross-sectional shape of the tunnel inside the filling body is determined to be rectangular. Based on the unified strength theory, the optimized cross-sectional size of the tunnel is 4m × 4m; Once again, an optimized rectangular roadway support scheme was proposed, using pipe seam anchor support with a length of 1.5m and a support angle of 45 °~50 °; Finally, the obtained rectangular tunnel scheme was applied to the engineering practice of the mine, and the results showed that there was no significant deformation or damage to the surrounding rock after tunnel construction, achieving good construction results and ensuring the stability of the tunnel.
