中文摘要: 矿产资源对现代工业体系起着至关重要的支撑作用。机械化连续开采技术是替代非煤矿山传统钻爆法的最具潜力技术。然而,连续化开采技术在非煤矿山中的推广和应用仍面临诸多限制和挑战。本研究综述了当前非煤矿山机械开采中常用的刀具类型及机械设备的研究进展和现状,重点分析了悬臂掘进机、全断面掘进机和滚筒割煤机三种设备在非煤矿山连续化开采中的应用情况,并结合典型案例深入讨论了机械化连续开采在推广过程中面临的主要问题及相应的解决方案。希望本研究能为非煤矿山连续机械化开采的进一步发展提供有益的参考。

Abstract:Mineral resources play a crucial supporting role in the modern industrial system. Mechanized continuous mining technology is the most promising alternative to traditional drilling and blasting methods in non-coal mines. However, the promotion and application of continuous mining technology in non-coal mines still face numerous restrictions and challenges. In this paper, the status of the development of non-explosive mechanized mining technology has been reviewed from mechanical cutters and mechanical equipment. It focuses on the application of three types of equipment: the boom-type roadheader, the full-face tunneling machine, and the continuous miner, in the continuous mining of non-coal mines. By analyzing typical cases, the paper discusses the main issues encountered in the promotion of mechanized continuous mining and corresponding solutions. This research aims to provide valuable insights for the further development of continuous mechanized mining in non-coal mines.
