中文摘要: 目的:为查清空场法开采矿山采空区隐蔽致灾因素,确定灾害防治等级,避免发生矿山安全事故,开展了空场法采空区隐蔽致灾因素普查研究。方法:以乾金达矿业为例,设计了一套多手段空场法采空区隐蔽致灾因素普查方案,综合运用资料收集、现场勘察、物探探测、钻探探测、理论分析和数值模拟等多手段方法,对遗留采空区探测、稳定性分析和风险评估。结果:采用多手段方法相互验证,查清了采空区分布状态及积水情况,得到了采空区失稳等级。结论:数值模拟结果显示在现有应力条件下,采空区存在局部失稳风险。四维耦合综合表征结果显示,15处采空区失稳风险等级为II级中等,3处为III级较大,并提出了相应的措施和建议。研究成果对我国空场法矿山采空区隐蔽致灾因素普查与治理具有一定指导意义。
Abstract:Purpose: To investigate the hidden disaster-causing factors in mined-out areas of mines using the open-stope method, determine the disaster prevention and control levels, and prevent mining safety accidents, a comprehensive survey on hidden disaster-causing factors in mined-out areas using the open-stope method was conducted. Methods: Using Qianjinda Mining as a case study, a multi-method survey scheme was designed to investigate the hidden disaster-causing factors in mined-out areas using the open-stope method. A combination of data collection, on-site investigation, geophysical detection, drilling detection, theoretical analysis, and numerical simulation was employed to detect the remaining mined-out areas, analyze their stability, and assess the risks. Result: The multi-method approach provided mutual verification, revealing the distribution and water accumulation conditions in the mined-out areas, and determining the instability levels of these areas. Conclusion: Numerical simulation results indicate a risk of local instability in the mined-out areas under the current stress conditions. The four-dimensional coupling comprehensive characterization results show that 15 mined-out areas have a medium instability risk level (Level II), while 3 areas have a higher instability risk level (Level III). Corresponding measures and suggestions were proposed. The research findings provide certain guidance for the investigation and management of hidden disaster-causing factors in mined-out areas of open-stope mines in China.
