中文摘要: 为为充分回收挂帮矿资源,达到挂帮矿安全回收的目的,以四川大陆槽稀土矿开采为工程背景,提出采用上向进路式分层充填方式开采,通过高强度充填体保证边坡稳定性。本文通过采用数值模拟方法,验证上向进路式分层充填方式开采的合理性,分析不同分区回采顺序下的边坡变形位移程度,优化挂帮矿回采顺序,并对回采过程稳定性进行分步验证。研究结果表明:露天边坡的安全系数由1.293降低至1.256,但仍在安全范围内,边坡不会发生大规模失稳;相较于其他回采顺序,方案2(区域2→区域1→区域3)发生的位移变形最小,对边坡稳定性影响较弱;回采分步验证出现集中塑性区域,但面积较小,不会发生大面积破坏。研究成果可为类似矿山挂帮矿安全回采提供一定指导意义与参考价值。
Abstract:To fully recover hanging wall ore resources and ensure safe extraction, the study employs the upward drift filling mining method in the context of rare earth mining in the Sichuan Dalucao rare earth mineral, using high-strength fill to ensure slope stability. This paper employs numerical simulation methods to validate the rationality of the upward drift filling mining method, assesses the degree of slope deformation and displacement under various mining sequences, optimizes the extraction sequence of hanging wall ores, and verifies the stability throughout the mining process. The results show that the safety factor of the open-pit slope decreases from 1.293 to 1.256, which remains within the safe range, and the slope is not prone to large-scale instability. Compared to other mining sequences, Scheme No.2 (region No. 2→region No.1→region No.3) results in the least displacement and deformation, minimally affecting slope stability. Plastic zones form during the mining process, but are limited in size, preventing widespread damage. The research results can provide certain guiding significance and reference value for the safe recovery of hanging wall mines in similar mines.
