中文摘要: 在 智能化矿山建设的背景下,矿山测量技术的创新升级将成为矿山智能化转型升级的重要抓手。本研究目的:在探讨手持式三维激光扫描仪在地下矿山复杂环境中的应用潜力,旨在通过该技术的创新应用提升矿山测量的精确性、设计的科学性及安全监控的有效性,进而促进矿山作业的精细化管理和智能化决策。研究方法:通过实地应用案例,对巷道三维建模、采空区精细评估、采矿优化设计、竖井与溜井检测、地质结构分析及围岩变形监控等关键环节进行深入分析。研究结果:手持式三维激光扫描仪显著提高了测量效率和精度,三维建模准确反映巷道形态和地质构造,为采矿设计提供了精确依据;能准确识别空洞空间分布,为安全开采决策提供支撑;发现竖井潜在安全隐患,减少了人工检查的局限性;能捕捉细微地质特征,有助于深入理解地层结构;通过持续监测巷道变形信息和数据分析,有效预警潜在的地质灾害。研究结论:手持式三维激光扫描仪在地下矿山的应用展现出显著的优势,不仅提升了矿山测量的现代化水平,还促进了矿山生产的智能化转型。研究意义:本研究的创新性在于系统地展示了手持式三维激光扫描仪在地下矿山复杂环境下的综合应用价值,将技术应用与矿山实际需求紧密结合,探索出一套可行的智能矿山测量解决方案。此外通过对手持式三维激光扫描仪面临的挑战进行剖析,为后续技术改进和应用推广提供了方向性指导,有助于进一步降低成本、优化技术兼容性、提升数据处理效率。
Abstract:Against the background of intelligent mine construction, the innovative upgrading of mine surveying technology will become a crucial approach to the intelligent transformation and upgrading of mines. The purpose of this study is to explore the application potential of handheld 3D laser scanners in the complex environments of underground mines, aiming to enhance the accuracy of mine surveying, the scientific of design, and the effectiveness of safety monitoring through the innovative application of this technology, thereby promoting the refined management and intelligent decision-making of mining operations. The research method involves conducting in-depth analysis of key aspects such as 3D modeling of roadways, fine evaluation of goaf areas, mining optimization design, shaft and skip well inspection, geological structure analysis, and surrounding rock deformation monitoring through field application cases. The results show that the handheld 3D laser scanner significantly improves measurement efficiency and accuracy, with 3D modeling accurately reflecting the shape and geological structure of roadways, providing precise evidence for mining design. It can accurately identify the spatial distribution of voids, supporting safe mining decisions. The scanner also discovers potential safety hazards in shafts, reducing the limitations of manual inspection. It can capture subtle geological features, contributing to a deeper understanding of stratigraphic structure. By continuously monitoring roadway deformation information and data analysis, it effectively warns of potential geological disasters. The conclusion is that the application of handheld 3D laser scanners in underground mines demonstrates significant advantages, not only enhancing the modernization level of mine surveying but also promoting the intelligent transformation of mine. The significance of this study lies in its innovation in systematically demonstrating the comprehensive application value of handheld 3D laser scanners in complex environments of underground mines, closely integrating technological applications with the actual needs of mines, and exploring a feasible solution for intelligent mine. Furthermore, by analyzing the challenges faced by handheld 3D laser scanners, it provides directional guidance for subsequent technological improvements and application promotion, contributing to further cost reduction, optimization of technical compatibility, and improvement of data processing efficiency.
