中文摘要: 目的:为了有效解决金尾矿的处理问题以及缓解砂石资源短缺的现状,探索利用金尾矿替代部分天然砂制备金尾矿混凝土的可能性。方法:通过立方体抗压强度测试,结合正交试验方法,深入分析了水胶比、金尾矿代替率、砂率以及粉煤灰掺量这四个因素对金尾矿混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响。运用极差和方差法进行了系统分析,确定了各因素在影响金尾矿混凝土28 d抗压强度方面的权重;此外还基于正交试验的数据,建立了金尾矿混凝土抗压强度的多元回归方程。结果:研究结果表明,水胶比对金尾矿混凝土抗压强度影响最为显著,其次是金尾矿代替率、粉煤灰掺量、砂率。建立的回归方程R 2为0.872可在一定程度上预测其抗压强度。意义:研究结果可为金尾矿资源的综合利用提供一定的参考价值。
Abstract:Purpose:To effectively address the disposal issues of gold tailings and alleviate the shortage of sandstone resources, this study investigated the potential of utilizing gold tailings as a partial replacement for natural sand in the production of gold tailings concrete. Method: Through a series of cube compressive strength tests and orthogonal experimental methods, this research conducted a comprehensive analysis of the impacts of four factors: water-binder ratio, gold tailings substitution rate, sand ratio, and fly ash content, on the 28-day compressive strength of gold tailings concrete. The systematic analysis was performed using range and variance analysis methods, which determined the relative importance of each factor in influencing the 28-day compressive strength of the concrete. Furthermore, a multiple regression equation was established for predicting the compressive strength of gold tailings concrete based on the orthogonal experimental data. Conclusion: The results indicated that the water-binder ratio had the most significant effect on the compressive strength, followed by the gold tailings substitution rate, fly ash content, and sand ratio. The regression equation, with an R2 value of 0.872, can predict the compressive strength to a considerable degree. Significance: The research results can provide some reference value for the comprehensive utilization of gold tailings resources.
