中文摘要: 目的:天井掘进是矿山建设和生产中的重要环节,相较于普通法成井及反井钻机成井,中深孔一次爆破成井可有效提高天井掘进的安全性及施工效率,由于不同矿山矿岩性质不尽相同,亟需探索适合三山岛金矿的爆破成井施工方案。方法:选取三山岛金矿西山矿区24勘探线左右的-540m~-555m泄水井作为工业试验场地,根据矿岩条件及泄水井尺寸,进行了中深孔一次爆破成井方案设计,并提出了凿岩、堵塞、装药、连线及爆破的具体施工工艺要求。结果:现场工业试验结果表明,泄水井成型规整,爆破块度均匀,上下部巷道稳定性较好。意义:本次实践为可为中深孔一次爆破成井在类似矿山的推广应用提供参考。
Abstract:Purpose: The raise excavation operation is a crucial aspect of mining construction and production. In comparison to conventional methods and the reverse drilling rig method, the medium-deep hole one-step raise blasting technology can effectively enhance the safety and construction efficiency of raise excavation. Due to the different rock properties of different mines, it is urgent to explore a suitable medium-deep hole one-step raise blasting technology for Sanshandao Gold Mine. Method: The -540m~-555m drainage well around the 24 exploration line of Xishan Mining Area in Sanshandao Gold Mine were selected as industrial testing sites. Based on the rock conditions and dimensions of the drainage well, a design proposal for medium-deep hole one-step raise blasting was carried out, and specific construction process requirements for rock drilling, plugging, charging, connecting, and blasting were proposed. Result: The on-site industrial test results show that the formation of the drainage well is formed regular, the blasting block size is uniform, and the stability of the upper and lower roadways is good. Significance: This practice serves as a reference for the application and promotion of the medium-deep hole one-step raise blasting technology in similar mining mines.
