中文摘要: 目的:天井工程是国防和民用地下建筑中不可或缺的部分,但凿岩质量的好坏直接影响到中深孔爆破成井的效果,由于炮孔偏斜在现场实施中不可避免,因此,需开展考虑炮孔偏斜的中深孔爆破成井方案优化研究。方法:通过精确测量炮孔的深度和位置,实现了炮孔三维模型构建,从而减少了炮孔位置的不确定性。基于不同高度的炮孔剖面图,对爆破成井方案进行了优化,将一次爆破成井修改为分次爆破成井,第一次爆破高度约3~4m,第二次爆破高度约7m,并根据炮孔实测位置调整了炮孔起爆顺序。结果:现场工业试验表明,爆破后天井断面符合设计要求,整体成型良好,爆破块度均匀,考虑炮孔偏斜的中深孔爆破成井方案优化方法是切实可行的。意义:本次实践对类似矿山工程的施工具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:Purpose: The engineering of raises is an indispensable aspect of both defense and civilian underground construction. However, the quality of rock drilling directly impacts the effectiveness of medium-deep hole blasting for raise construction. Due to the inevitable deviation of the blast hole during on-site implementation, it is necessary to conduct research on optimization of raise completion plan for medium-deep hole blasting considering borehole deviation. Method: Precise measurements of borehole depth and position have been employed to construct a three-dimensional model of the boreholes, thereby reducing the uncertainty in their positioning. Based on cross-sectional profiles of boreholes at different depths, the raise blasting scheme has been optimized, transitioning from one-time blasting to multiple blasting. The height of the first blasting is about 3-4 meters, and the height of the second blasting is about 7 meters. The blasting sequence of the blasting holes has been adjusted according to the measured positions of the blasting holes. Result: On site industrial tests have shown that the cross-section of the raise after blasting meets the design requirements, with good overall shaping and uniform blasting block size. This indicates that the optimization method for the medium-deep hole blasting raise completion plan considering borehole deviation is practical and feasible. Significance: This practice has certain reference value for the construction of similar mining projects.
