中文摘要: 结构面是影响围岩稳定性的主要因素,随着工程地质条件复杂性增加,对岩体结构面的精确识别成为确保工程安全的关键步骤。针对当前接触式测量方式工作时间长、强度高等问题,本文介绍了一种基于Z+F高精度三维激光扫描仪的岩体结构面自动识别方法(目的),通过使用Z+F三维激光扫描仪获取高精度的三维点云数据,结合专业的点云处理软件进行点云的降噪、裁剪等处理,使用Point Studio软件结构面识别模块自动识别功能,能够有效地识别岩体的结构面,将分组后的结构面信息生成极点图、等密度施密特图进行结构面分组,导出结构面倾向、倾角、迹长、间距等产状信息(方法)。与现场接触式测量结果进行对比,结构面智能识别结果倾向平均误差为1.6 °,倾角平均误差为1.4 °,能满足现场探测需求(结论),研究结果可为深部工程中结构面智能识别与参数快速提取提供参考,为监测和支护工作提供依据(意义)。
Abstract:Rock joints are the main factor influencing the stability of surrounding rock. With the increasing complexity of engineering geological conditions, accurate identification of rock joints has become a key step in ensuring engineering safety. In response to the problems of long working time and high intensity of current contact measurement methods,this article introduces an automatic recognition method for rock jointsbased on Z+F high-precision 3D laser scanner. By using Z+F 3D laser scanner to obtain high-precision 3D point cloud data, combinedwith professional point cloud processing software for point cloud noise reduction, cropping, and other processing, and using the automatic recognition function of the Point Studio software joints recognition module, the joints of the rock mass can be effectively identified. The grouped rock joints information is generated into pole maps and equal density Schmidt maps for rock joints grouping, and the attitude information of the rock joints such as direction, angle, trace length, and spacing is exported. Compared with the on-site contact measurement results, the average error of the intelligent identification of structural surfaces is 1.6 °, and the average error of the jointsis 1.4 °, which can meet the needs of on-site detection and provide a reference for intelligent identification of structural surfaces and rapid parameter extraction in geotechnical engineering.Provide a basis for monitoring and support work.
