中文摘要: 目的:下向高分段中深孔充填采矿法,作为一种新型采矿技术,主要适用于岩体质量一般至极差的矿体或深部高应力环境中的坚硬矿体开采。其关键技术在于如何快速构建切割槽,为爆破创造自由面和补偿空间。本研究旨在研发一种安全、高效的成槽技术,以提高深部厚大破碎矿体的开采效率。方法:本文提出了“分次成井+单次侧向爆破”的切割槽形成方法。为验证该技术方案的可行性,以三山岛金矿为工程依托矿山,结合数值模拟、理论计算方法,开展了现场工业试验。结果:研究表明,在深部矿岩不稳固且采用充填体构筑人工假顶的情况下,该方法能安全、高效地构建切割槽。结论:该方法不仅显著提升了凿岩爆破的安全性和效率,同时减少了爆破扰动,具有良好的爆破效果和广泛的适应性,为类似矿山切割槽的形成提供了重要借鉴。
Abstract:Purpose: The downward open stoping with subsequent backfill mining method, as a new mining technology, is primarily suitable for extracting orebodies with average to extremely poor rock mass quality or in deep high-stress environments. One of the key technologies of this method involves rapidly constructing cutting slots to create free surfaces and compensation spaces for blasting. This study aims to develop a safe and efficient slot construction technology to enhance the mining efficiency of deep, thick, and fractured orebodies. Method: Therefore, this study proposes a construction method of the cutting slots, named "successive well formation + single lateral blasting" . To verify the feasibility of this solution, a field test was conducted at the Sanshandao Gold Mine, combined with numerical simulation and theoretical calculation Result: This study demonstrates that the proposed method can be used to construct cutting slots safely and efficiently when the rock mass in deep mining is unstable and the stope roof is built with cemented backfill. Conclusion: This method not only significantly improves the safety and efficiency of rock blasting but also reduces blasting disturbances, yields good blasting effects, and exhibits strong adaptability, providing an important reference for the construction of the cutting slots in similar mines.
