中文摘要: 悬臂式掘进机作为现代隧道建设和地下工程中的关键设备,其技术也在不断革新,以适应更加复杂和多样化的地质条件。然而,由于地质环境的不确定性以及设备自身的局限性,悬臂式掘进机在实际应用中仍面临诸多挑战。本文结合矿山实际情况开展悬臂式掘进机机械采掘试验研究,首先开展岩体可截割性研究,用于指导机械采掘悬臂式掘进机设备选型。然后开展现场工业试验,对试验结果进行分析和讨论,形成悬臂式掘进机机械采掘试验技术经济指标分析结果。研究结果能够为相似矿体悬下臂式掘进机实际应用提供有益的参考和借鉴,推动机械采掘领域的技术进步。
Abstract:As the key equipment in modern tunnel construction and underground engineering, the technology of cantilever boring machine is also constantly innovating to adapt to more complex and diversified geological conditions. However, due to the uncertainty of geological environment and the limitations of the equipment itself, the cantilever boring machine still faces many challenges in practical application. In this paper, the mechanical mining test of cantilever boring machine is carried out according to the actual situation of mine. Firstly, the cuttability of rock mass is studied, which is used to guide the selection of mechanical mining equipment of cantilever boring machine. Then the field industrial test is carried out, the test results are analyzed and discussed, and the analysis results of technical and economic indicators of mechanical mining test of cantilever boring machine are formed. The research results can provide useful reference for the practical application of similar ore bodies and promote the technical progress in the field of mechanical mining.
