中文摘要: 以研究恒阻单元加锚岩体单轴压缩力学特征为目的,以砂岩为研究对象,设计制作了具有恒阻特性的恒阻单元,进行加锚岩体的单轴压缩试验。利用液压伺服试验系统等,进行不同加锚形式(无锚、普通锚索加锚岩体、恒阻单元加锚岩体),对加锚岩体的强度、变形破坏特征、声发射信号特征和水平位移参数对比研究。分析了不同加锚情况下的岩石试件加载过程中应力-应变关系和破坏特征,并对全过程的声发射信号和散斑图像进行采集并分析。结果:试验结果表明:恒阻单元加锚砂岩的单轴抗压强度明显高于无锚和普通锚索加锚岩体。通过对试验现象分析,可知恒阻单元提高了岩石强度、减小了破坏程度、控制变形和延缓了峰后岩石失稳破坏,在对岩石支护方面发挥着重要作用。基于此况,恒阻大变形锚索加锚岩体的力学特性研究具有十分重要的意义,为恒阻大变形锚索在深部支护设计中提供理论参考。
Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of constant resistance unit anchor rock mass, the constant resistance unit with constant resistance characteristics is designed and produced for the uniaxial compression test of anchor rock mass. Using the hydraulic servo test system, different anchor forms (no anchor, ordinary anchor cable plus anchor rock mass, constant resistance unit plus anchor rock mass) are compared to study the strength, deformation and failure characteristics, acoustic emission signal characteristics and horizontal displacement parameters of the anchor rock mass. The stress-strain relationship and damage characteristics of rock specimens under different anchors are analyzed and analyzed. Results: The test results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of constant resistance unit is significantly higher than that of no anchor and ordinary anchor cable. Through the analysis of the test phenomenon, it can be seen that the constant resistance unit improves the rock strength, reduces the damage degree, controls the deformation and delays the rock instability damage after the peak, and plays an important role in the rock support. Based on this condition, the study of the mechanical characteristics of the anchor cable is of great significance, which provides theoretical reference for the anchor cable in the deep support design.
