中文摘要: 目的:针对红岭铅锌矿6111矿柱采场岩性条件破碎、构造发育、钻孔塌孔难以成型等技术难题,为满足破碎围岩矿体采矿方法科学优选要求和高效回采6111矿柱,本文提出了三种不同的矿柱回采方案。方法:通过Mathews稳定性图解法对红岭铅锌矿采空区围岩稳定性进行分析评价,揭示采空区应力分布规律,并计算稳定区、过渡区和崩落区的水力半径,最终得到这3个区间每个的水力半径取值范围。结果:计算三个回采方案的水力半径,依次分析其安全性,可知方案Ⅰ最安全,方案Ⅱ次之,而方案Ⅲ安全性较差。综合安全性、生产能力、技术难点和灵活性等四个方面,对3个矿柱回采方案进行优选。结论:方案Ⅰ上向进路分层充填法是最优回采方案。意义:该研究为红岭铅锌矿的采矿方法选择提供了参考,并在同类复杂矿体的开采中积累了经验。
Abstract:Purpose: In view of the technical problems of the 6111 pillar stope in Hongling lead-zinc mine, such as the broken lithology conditions, structural development and difficult forming of borehole collapse, in order to meet the requirements of scientific optimization of mining methods and efficient mining of the 6111 pillar, this paper presents three distinct pillar mining strategies. Methods:The stability of the surrounding rock within the goaf of the Hongling lead-zinc mine was assessed and analyzed utilizing the Mathews method, the stress distribution pattern of the goaf was revealed, and the hydraulic radius of the stable area, transition area and caving area was calculated, and the hydraulic radius of each of the three sections was finally obtained. Results:The hydraulic radius of the three mining schemes was calculated and their safety was analyzed successively. It can seen that scheme I is the safest, scheme II is the second, and scheme III is the worst. Based on the four aspects of safety, production capacity, technical difficulties and flexibility, the three pillar mining schemes were optimized. Conclusion:The findings indicate that Scheme I represents the optimal stoping strategy. Significance:The study offering valuable insights into the selection of mining methods at the Hongling lead-zinc mine, and also accumulates experience for the mining of complex ore bodies of the same type.
