中文摘要: 目的:为了探究不同轴围压作用下胶结充填体材料对爆破荷载的响应特征,方法:对水泥含量180kg/m3,质量浓度为72%的胶结充填体材料开展了不同轴围压下的三维动静组合冲击试验。结果:实验结果表明:动态入射能量80%以上被反射,仅有不到10%能量穿过试件,用于试件发生形变破坏的能量较少;试件的动态强度峰值受轴围压影响较大,呈现出先增加后减小趋势;在破坏模式上,轴围压的作用,使试件破坏以拉伸破坏为主,破坏面与荷载作用方向垂直。意义:研究成果为井下胶结充填体材料配比以及稳定性研究提供理论基础。
Abstract:To examine how cementitious filler material reacts to blasting loads with varying axial envelope pressures, we conducted 3D dynamic and static impact tests on the material. The cement content was 180 kg/m3 and the mass concentration was 72%. The results of the experiment indicate that over 80% of the dynamic incident energy is reflected, with less than 10% of the energy passing through the specimen. Additionally, the energy required for deformation failure of the specimen is minimal. The peak value of the dynamic strength of the specimen is significantly influenced by the axial confining pressure, which initially increases and subsequently decreases. When axial confining pressure is applied, the specimens fail due to tension and the failure surface is perpendicular to the direction of load. These findings contribute to the understanding of material ratio and stability in downhole cemented backfill research.
