中文摘要: 城市污泥作为城市污水处理过程中的副产品,含有大量的有机质和丰富的氮、磷、钾等营养物质,但也含有多种重金属。开采后的矿山土壤贫乏且贫瘠,生态修复中需要大量客土,并需及时施肥。通过检测客土成分、计算、实验、专家论证的方法,研究确定客土中污泥产品的掺入量,从而在有效控制重金属含量的基础上,达到利用、处理城市污泥并节约土壤成本的目的,并通过工程实践得到了验证。研究结果显示,污泥产品用于矿山废弃地土壤改良是可行的,不仅使土壤污染风险各项指标符合管制值标准要求,而且土壤肥力得到一定程度的增强,且生态修复效果良好。污泥产品可替代部分矿山修复基质材料,具有一定的创新性,一般情况可节约10%~30%的土壤成本,还能节约一部分外购肥料成本;污泥产品中含有50%左右的水分,一定程度上减少了植被生长的需水量,也减少了养护过程灌溉水的人工、设备等成本。研究结果有望对今后相似工程实践有一定借鉴作用。
Abstract:As a by-product of municipal sewage treatment, municipal sludge contains a lot of organic matter and rich nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, but also contains a variety of heavy metals. After mining, the mine soil is poor and barren, therefore, a large amount of guest soil and timely fertilization are needed in ecological restoration. This article investigates the amount of sludge products added to the guest soil by detecting the chemical composition of the guest soil, calculation, experiment, and expert argumentation. Based on the effective control of heavy metal content, the goal of utilizing and treating the urban sludge to save soil costs is achieved, which is also verified through engineering practice. The results show that it is feasible to use sludge products in improving the soil quality of the abandoned mine land. The application of sludge products not only meets the soil pollution requirements, but also enhances soil fertility to a certain extent, with good ecological restoration. The innovation is that sludge products can replace part of the substrate materials for mine restoration, and generally save about 10%-30% of soil cost. In addition, the fertilizer cost can also be reduced. Moreover, the sludge products containing about 50% water reduces the water requirement of vegetation growth and the cost of labor and equipment for irrigation during the maintenance process. Therefore, this study can be used as a reference for similar engineering practice in the future.
