中文摘要: 浅孔留矿法适用于急倾斜薄至中厚矿体的回采,具有开采成本低、工艺简单等特点,但也存在安全风险高、人员长期在暴露顶板下作业等问题。珊瑚矿矿体属于典型的急倾斜薄矿体,在使用浅孔回采过程中,存在爆破块度大、采场结构参数不合理、顶板稳固性差等问题。通过理论分析、工程类比等方法及手段,优化采场结构参数、凿岩爆破工艺、支护工艺以及出矿设备,现场试验表明,优化后各项技术经济指标均得到较大的提升,为类似矿山提供良好的工程实践及理论基础。
Abstract:Shrinkage stopping is suitable for the mining of steeply-inclined thin to medium-thick orebody. It has the characteristics of low mining cost and simple technology, but it also has some problems, such as high safety risk, and personnel working under exposed roofs for a long time. SHAN Hu ore is a typical steep thin ore body. In the process of shallow hole extraction, there are some problems, such as large blasting blocks, unreasonable stope structural parameters, and poor roof stability. Through theoretical analysis, engineering analogy, and other methods and means, the stope structural parameters, drilling and blasting technology, support technology, and mining equipment are optimized. Various technical and economic indicators have been greatly improved. It provides good engineering practice and a theoretical basis for similar mines.
