中文摘要: 针对尾矿库溃坝事故,对溃坝后不同时间节点的影响范围及程度进行深入分析,并根据某矿山尾矿库现场测量参数计算确定下泄总量、溃坝口宽度、溃口最大流量、库浆下泄时间、库浆最大流速、库浆最大冲击力及溃坝的理论危害面积等溃坝的重要参数。最后,利用Gambit软件建立对尾矿库下游地区的简化模型,并通过ANSYS FLUENT软件对尾矿库溃坝进行实时动画模拟,以此分析尾矿库溃坝的影响。结果表明:1)该尾矿库发生溃坝事故时,库浆主要呈柱状涌出并开始向两边扩散,溃口库浆流速较快。2)溃坝发生后50 s时,库浆就能纵穿整个下游区域。到80 s时,整个下游区域几乎已经完全被淹没。3)数值模拟结果和尾矿库溃坝计算数据相比较,两者吻合良好。
Abstract:Because of the dam-break accident, analyze its scope and extent of impact at different time points after a tailings pond breach. And according to the field measured parameters of a mine tailings pond, calculate and determine some significant parameters over dam-break, such as the total amount of drainage, the width of the breach opening, the maximum flow of the breach opening, the time of slurry discharge, the maximum flow of the slurry, the maximum wallop of the slurry and the theoretical hazard area of the breach, etc. In the end, employing the simplified model established by Gambit software of the downstream area over the tailings pond and performing the real-time animation simulation concerning the dam-break of tailings pond by using the ANSYS FLUENT software analyzes impacts about the dam-break tailings pond. The simulation results show that: 1) The dam is bursting in the tailings pond when the slurry mainly flows out in a columnar shape and begins to spread to both sides, and the velocity of the slurry about the breach opening is faster. 2) After the dam breaks in the 50 s, the reservoir’s slurry can pass through the entire downstream area. By the 80 s, the entire area downstream was almost completely submerged. 3) In comparison to the calculated datum of the tailings pond breach, the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with them.
