中文摘要: 岩体质量分级是解决地压控制和工程设计的前提条件和根本保障。针对Q系统各参数选取主观性比较大、流程不清晰、无法量化表达的现状,提出采用便携式钻机钻取原位岩芯获取RQD值,采用摄影测量方式获取Jn、Jr值,采用量化等价方式定量Ja值等方式实现岩体质量表征参数的快速、量化、准确获取。进一步开发了基于Q系统的结构参数选择和支护设计程序,并针对焦家金矿459采场进行了实践应用,借助规范化的流程、快速及量化的参数取值方法和快捷的程序软件,实现了岩体质量快速评价,取得了良好的效果,对其他工程的岩体质量快速评价具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:Rock mass quality classification is the prerequisite and fundamental guarantee for solving ground pressure control and engineering design. In view of the current situation that the selection of various parameters of Q system is subjective, the process is not clear and cannot be expressed quantitatively, this paper proposes to use a portable drilling rig to drill in-situ core to obtain RQD value, use photogrammetry to obtain Jn and Jr values, and use quantitative equivalent method to quantify Ja value to realize the rapid, quantitative and accurate acquisition of rock mass quality characterization parameters. Further, the structural parameter selection and support design program based on the Q system is developed, and the practical application is carried out for the 459 stops of the Jiaojia gold mine. With the help of a standardized process, fast and quantitative parameter value method, and fast program software, the rapid evaluation of rock mass quality is realized, and good results are achieved, which has certain guiding significance for the rapid evaluation of rock mass quality in other projects.
