中文摘要: 金属矿山开采过程中,采场结构参数影响着采场稳定性和企业经济效益,其合理设计对实现安全高效生产具有重要意义。针对马郡城铁矿矿区内东南角地表存在马郡河以及木材厂、民房等建构筑物,造成矿区10线以东矿段复杂难采的问题,基于正交试验原理对采场主要因素进行方案设计,利用ANSYS与FLAC3D耦合建模的方式对9种不同方案进行模拟,分析了采场应力—应变情况和地表沉陷规律。结果表明,各因素对地表沉陷影响主次顺序为矿块长度>间柱宽度>矿块高度,矿块高度对塑性区体积影响最为显著;确定最优采场结构参数为矿块长度40 m、矿块高度40 m、间柱宽度6 m。通过正交试验与数值模拟结合的方式在原有设计基础上对矿块参数进行了优化,对马郡城铁矿“三下”开采的采场参数设计具有指导意义。
Abstract:In the process of metal mining, the stope structure parameters affect the stope stability and the enterprise''s economic efficiency, and its reasonable design is of great significance to achieving safe and efficient production. In response to the presence of the Majun River and structures such as lumber mills and private houses on the surface in the southeast corner of the Majuncheng Iron Mine, which makes the section east of line 10 of the mine complex and difficult to mine. Based on the principle of orthogonal test for the main factors of the stope, nine different schemes were simulated by using ANSYS and FLAC3D coupled modeling to analyze the stress-strain situation of the stope and surface subsidence pattern. The results show that: the main order of influence of each factor on surface subsidence is ore block length > intervening pillar width > ore block height and block height has the most significant influence on the volume of the plastic zone; the optimal quarry structure parameters are determined as block length 40 m, block height 40 m and inter-pillar width 6 m. The orthogonal tests and numerical simulations were combined to optimize the ore block parameters based on the original design, which is of guiding significance for the design of the quarry parameters of the three-underground mining in the Majuncheng iron mine.
