中文摘要: 针对深部矿岩地应力大、地质条件复杂等现象,普通锚杆无法满足深部巷道所需的锚固力,因此研发了新型自膨胀锚杆,用来解决深部矿岩锚固力不足的问题;其次深部矿体环境复杂,尤其地下水对锚杆的腐蚀影响,锚杆支护的可靠性难以保证,因此在室内试验的基础上研究了水对新型自膨胀锚杆锚固力的影响。试验表明,随着浸泡时间的增加,锚杆的锚固力变化不大,拉拔力测试以杆体断裂为主,杆体断裂时的拉拔力达到190 kN左右,锚固剂成分的变化主要受空气中二氧化碳的影响,影响可忽略。经过6个月的浸泡,结果表明,水对新型自膨胀锚杆锚固力影响较小。此研究可以为深部矿山锚杆支护提供借鉴,具有一定的示范作用。
Abstract:In view of the phenomenon of large in-situ stress and complex geological conditions in deep ore and rock, the ordinary bolt can not meet the anchoring force required by deep roadway, so the new-type self-swelling anchorage bolt is developed to solve the problem of insufficient anchoring force in deep ore and rock; Secondly, the deep ore body environment is complex, especially the corrosion effect of groundwater on the bolt, and the reliability of bolt support is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, based on the indoor test, the influence of water on the anchoring force of the new self-swelling anchorage bolt is studied. The test shows that the anchoring force of the bolt changes little with the increase of immersion time. The pull-out force test is mainly based on the fracture of the rod body, and the pull-out force when the rod body breaks reach about 190 kN, the change of anchoring agent composition is mainly affected by carbon dioxide in the air, which can be ignored. After 6 months of immersion, the results show that water has little effect on the anchoring force of the new self-expanding bolt. This study can provide a reference for bolt support in deep mines and has a certain demonstration effect.
