中文摘要: 为了保障金厂河多金属矿D采区安全可靠的长距离反坡输送,通过开展充填料浆扩展度试验和流变试验,测试了不同浓度及灰砂比条件下的充填料浆流变参数。基于充填料浆管道沿程阻力理论公式和数值模拟耦合分析,计算了管道输送阻力和充填工业泵出口压力,进而确定了D采区合理的充填工艺参数。根据矿山D采区充填管网工程条件,制定了相适配的充填管道输送方案,实现了D采区膏体充填料浆安全、高效泵送充填。
Abstract:To ensure the safe and reliable long-distance reverse slope transportation in the D mining area of the Jinchanghe polymetallic mine, the rheological parameters of filling slurry under different concentrations and cement-sand ratio were tested through the expansion test and rheological test. Based on the pipeline resistance analysis of theoretical formula and numerical simulation, the pipeline transportation resistance and the outlet pressure of filling industrial pump were calculated, and then the reasonable filling process parameters in the D mining area were determined. According to the engineering conditions of filling pipe network in the D mining area, a suitable filling pipeline transportation scheme was formulated to realize the safe and efficient pump filling of paste slurry.
