中文摘要: 通过采用弹性力学简支梁、薄板及加拿大米切尔理论模型等分析方法,结合尾矿胶结充填体的物理力学参数,计算了下向矩形进路充填体顶板的理论强度需求。同时,通过近两年充填站取浆养护充填体的强度试验数据,统计分析了可定量表征实际充填强度工业离散性的浮动安全系数,最终得出了适用于企业现阶段充填质量控制水平的下向进路充填体实际强度需求。通过研究和试验,优化了充填配比设计参数,达到了合理降低胶结充填成本、提高矿山综合经济效益的目的。同时,为类似矿山下向进路充填体强度需求优化提供参考。
Abstract:By using the analysis methods of simply supported beam, thin plate and Canadian Mitchell theoretical model in elasticity, combined with the physical and mechanical parameters of tailings cemented backfill, the theoretical strength demand of the roof of downward rectangular drift backfill is calculated. At the same time, through the strength test data of slurry taking and curing filling body in the filling station in recent two years, the floating safety factor that can quantitatively characterize the industrial dispersion of the actual filling strength is statistically analyzed, and finally the actual strength demand of the downward drift filling body suitable for the filling quality control level of the enterprise at the present stage is obtained. The final result of the above work is to match and optimize the filling ratio design parameters. Through research and test, the purpose of reasonably reducing the cost of cemented filling and improving the comprehensive economic benefit of the mine is achieved. At the same time, it provides a reference for the optimization of filling strength demand of downward drift in similar mines.
