中文摘要: 为解决新、老通风系统共同作业的超深井矿山所带来的通风困难问题,探究新建回风井投入使用后,全矿通风阻力变化规律以及阻力分布情况,以云南某超深井矿山通风系统为研究对象并根据其生产过程,动态研究阻力影响因素及变化规律,对通风网络进行可靠性评价,找到矿井通风系统存在的共性问题。研究表明:夏季为通风困难时期,新建回风井投入使用后全矿通风阻力降低354.24 Pa,“进风、用风、回风”三段阻力分布较为合理,通风网络可靠度为0.881,网络整体可靠度较高。进而得到新建回风井投入使用后,满足深部通风系统生产用风前提下,通风阻力降低、能耗降低,实现优化目的。该研究方法可为矿山企业提供较为科学、合理的优化改造思路。
Abstract:In order to solve the ventilation difficulties caused by the combined operation of the new and old ventilation systems in the ultra-deep mine, we explored the changes in the ventilation resistance and the resistance distribution of the whole mine after the newly-built return air shaft was put into use. According to the production process, the research object dynamically studies the resistance influencing factors and the changing law, evaluates the reliability of the ventilation network, and finds the common problems existing in the mine ventilation system. The research results show that the mine is a difficult period of ventilation in summer. After the newly built return air shaft is put into use, the ventilation resistance of the whole mine will be reduced by 354.24 Pa. The three-stage resistance distribution of "intake, use and return" is more reasonable, and the reliability of the ventilation network is 0.881,the overall network reliability is high. Furthermore, after the new return air shaft is put into use, under the premise of meeting the production wind of the deep ventilation system, the ventilation resistance is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the optimization goal is realized. This research method can provide more scientific and reasonable optimization and transformation ideas for mining enterprises.
