中文摘要: 为解决露天爆破工程中爆破方案优选难以决策问题,本文以层次分析法、熵权法及模糊综合评价为理论基础,建立组合赋权-模糊综合评价模型。从爆破质量、爆破安全和爆破效益三方面选取了大块率、振动速度、炸药单耗等12个因素作为露天爆破效果的评价指标,通过层次分析法、熵权法计算各评价指标的组合权重,结合模糊综合评价法确定工程爆破效果的评分。以贵安新区ME-13-01-1爆破工程为例,应用该模型对4个待实施爆破方案进行优选,通过模型计算得出各方案爆破效果评价得分依次为:75.131、83.777、80.095和88.026,从而确定方案4为最优爆破方案。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to decide the optimal blasting scheme in open-pit blasting engineering, this paper establishes a combinatorial weights-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process, entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. From the three aspects of quality of blasting, blasting safety and blasting efficiency rate of blasting chunk is selected the specific charge, vibration velocity, and other 12 factors as evaluation index of open-pit blasting effect, through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method to calculate the combination of each evaluation index weight value, and then combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method calculated engineering blasting effect. Taking ME-13-01-1 blasting project in Gui "an New Area as an example, this model was applied to optimize four blasting schemes to be implemented. The blasting effect evaluation scores of each scheme were obtained by model calculation as follows: 75.131, 83.777, 80.095 and 88.026, and scheme 4 was determined to be the optimal blasting scheme.
