中文摘要: 随着“十四五”规划提出“生态文明建设实现新进步”的要求,国家对“绿色矿山”建设的重视程度也进一步提高。基于国内某大型地下铁矿的二期改扩建需要,依据现行有效的规程、规范,并借鉴已有的研究成果,对采选一体化系统在该矿山进行了初步探索与研究设计,主要是将选矿工艺中的破碎和干选流程移至地下,与地下采矿、充填进一步的优化衔接,可为矿山降本增效,节约能耗,减少对地表环境的扰动,并作为矿山二期的设计和建设依据。同时,分析总结了系统的优势和不足,并提出建议。
Abstract:With the requirement of " New gains in ecological civilization construction " proposed by the 14th Five-Year Plan, the State pays more attentions to the construction of "green mines". Based on the needs of the second phase reconstruction and expansion of a large underground iron mine in China, according to the currently effective regulations and norms, drawing upon the existing research results, an integrated underground mining and beneficiation system was designed by the preliminary exploration and research. The integrates system is mainly to move the crushing and dry separation procedure in the beneficiation process to the underground, and further to optimize the connection with underground mining and filling. It can reduce the cost increase efficiency of the mine, save energy consumption and reduce the disturbance to the surface environment. And then it can provide the evidence for the design and construction on the second phase of the mine. Simultaneously, the advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed and summarized, and suggestions are put forward.
