中文摘要: 党的十九大提出生态文明建设是关系中华民族永续发展的千年大计,在“两山论”基础上统筹实施了“山水林田湖草”生命共同体的系统治理。矿山地质环境是生态环境的关键环节,矿山地质环境的破坏直接导致矿山生态环境的失衡。矿山地质环境问题呈现地域性、复杂性、多样性等特点,因此在矿山地质环境恢复治理中就需要开展针对性勘查,提出多种治理方案进行比选,选定最符合矿山实际的治理方法。价值工程作为一种工程经济的综合分析评价方法,在各领域中取得良好评价效果。通过价值工程原理,剖析价值工程分析流程及优化模式,认真梳理矿山地质环境恢复治理特点,将削坡作为最优方案,在北方具有较强的适应性,在治理方案比选中充分运用价值工程原理进行方案优化分析,使治理方案更加具有针对性、结合性,以取得更高的经济效益。
Abstract:The 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward that the construction of ecological civilization is a thousand-year plan that concerns the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. On the basis of the theory of "two mountains" , the systematic governance of the life community of "mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes and grasses" was carried out. Mine geological environment is a key link of ecological environment, the destruction of mine geological environment directly leads to the unbalance of mine ecological environment. The geological environmental problems in mines are regionality, complexity and diversity. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out targeted exploration in the restoration and treatment of the geological environment in mines, and to put forward various treatment schemes for comparison and selection, selection of the most practical mine treatment methods. As a comprehensive analysis and evaluation method of engineering economy, value engineering has achieved good evaluation results in various fields. Based on the principle of value engineering, this paper analyzed the analysis flow and optimization model of value engineering, taking cutting slope as the optimal scheme, it had strong adaptability in the north, carefully combed the characteristics of mine geological environment restoration, and made full use of the principle of value engineering to optimize the analysis of the scheme in the comparison of the treatment scheme, to make the governance Scheme more targeted and integrated, combined to achieve higher economic benefits.
